Dr. Kevin McBride Memorial Scholarship

We are pleased to announce that a Memorial Scholarship has been established in Dr. Kevin McBride's name by his family and friends to honor his legacy and leadership.  Both at Saint Mary's College Preparatory High School, where he served as principal and beyond our doors, Dr. McBride’s dedication to family and service beyond self in the Catholic Church and greater community benefited many lives. His devotion to his students, colleagues, friends, and family was exemplary. His unwavering faith matched his stature and stood for all he believed in as he carried forth the mission of the educational institution he loved and tirelessly ministered to for 33 years.

Please join us in making a lasting tribute to Dr. McBride's memory through a generous donation, which will be presented annually as a gift to deserving St. Mary's College Preparatory High School students facing financial hardships that would otherwise prevent them from receiving the opportunity for scholarly advancement. Students will meet the criteria described by the McBride family, entrusting that each recipient will hold this designation with high regard to embody the spirit of our former principal and the Gospel values he had in his heart and demonstrated daily until his death.
